1. Description of Service

VegCheck AI is an AI-powered lifestyle and nutritional assistant that:

• Scans product ingredient labels, packaging, and barcodes using your device camera.
• Analyzes ingredients using artificial intelligence to compute a Vegan Score (0-100%).
• Flags animal-derived ingredients, dairy, eggs, gelatin, carmine, shellac, and hidden non-vegan additives.
• Recommends plant-based and cruelty-free alternatives.
• Offers an interactive AI Vegan Expert chat assistant and educational learning chapters.

2. Important Medical & Allergy Disclaimer

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY: VegCheck AI is provided for general informational and dietary lifestyle reference only. The App is NOT a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or clinical allergy diagnosis.

• While our AI strives for the highest degree of accuracy, manufacturer formulas, cross-contamination warnings, and label prints can change without notice.
• If you have severe food allergies, celiac disease, or medical dietary restrictions, always read the physical packaging label directly and verify with the manufacturer before consuming any product.
• kreggscode assumes no liability for adverse reactions, allergic incidents, or unintended consumption of non-vegan ingredients.

3. License & Use

3.1 Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VegCheck AI on compatible iOS devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2 Prohibitions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or proprietary AI prompts of the App.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overload our scanning infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute data or results from the App.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• Apple StoreKit: Any subscriptions (e.g. VegCheck AI Pro) or digital scan packs are billed through Apple App Store accounts.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle, subscriptions renew automatically.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time in your iOS Device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Apple's App Store refund policies and must be requested directly through Apple.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its branding, logo, user interface design, visual assets, code, and content, is the property of kreggscode and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kreggscode and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
