These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of the Chromatis mobile application ("App") provided by kreggscode ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License & Usage

We grant you a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use Chromatis on your iOS device for personal or professional design purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Chromatis offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Chromatis Pro") for premium features including unlimited live scans, high-resolution card exports, and advanced color harmonies:

• Payment is billed to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3. Intellectual Property

The Chromatis design, user interface, brand name, trademarks, and code are the exclusive property of kreggscode. Color palettes and exported assets you generate using the App belong to you and may be used freely in your commercial or personal creative projects.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Chromatis is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for extreme precision in color extraction and mathematical color harmony calculation, real-world camera color accuracy is dependent on ambient lighting and device camera sensor calibration.
