1. On-Device Image & Camera Processing

Chromatis is engineered with a privacy-first, on-device architecture:

• Camera Access: When you grant camera permissions, live camera frames are analyzed entirely in real time on your device using Apple's Vision and CoreImage frameworks. No video streams or photos are transmitted to external servers.
• Photo Library Access: When you pick an image from your photo library, color extraction runs 100% locally on your iOS device. Your photos remain private and never leave your hardware.
• No Tracking: We do not track, catalog, or build facial or location profiles from any photos you scan.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We believe in absolute data minimization:

• We do not collect names, home addresses, phone numbers, or contacts.
• We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not employ third-party advertising tracking SDKs.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

All subscription purchases (Monthly, Yearly) are processed securely through Apple's App Store via StoreKit 2. We do not receive, store, or process your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or banking details. Apple handles all billing transactions subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Local Storage

Your saved color palettes, favorites, and settings are stored locally on your device via standard iOS sandboxed storage. If you delete the app, your locally saved palettes are deleted unless backed up via your private iCloud device backup.

5. Children's Privacy

Chromatis does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. Since all color extraction is performed locally without registration, the App is safe for general audiences.
