1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Billscan AI ("the App"), provided by kreggscode, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Billscan AI is a mobile tool designed to help users digitize paper receipts, summarize expenses, and organize budget categories using optical character recognition (OCR) and machine learning assistance.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Billscan AI offers auto-renewing premium subscription options through Apple StoreKit:

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.
4. Disclaimer & Financial Accuracy
- Billscan AI is an organizational productivity utility and does NOT provide certified accounting, tax, or legal financial advice.
- OCR character recognition depends on print quality, lighting, and receipt condition. Users are responsible for verifying extracted totals and line items before filing taxes or financial reports.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its code, design, branding, and visual assets are the intellectual property of kreggscode. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the application.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kreggscode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages arising from data inaccuracies, omitted receipts, or software interruption.
