By accessing or using Velocity Studio (https://kreggscode.com/apps/velocity-studio/), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Velocity Studio utilizes YouTube API Services to facilitate content distribution. By connecting your YouTube account and using our publishing tools, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to comply with:
3. Acceptable Use & Content Standards
Velocity Studio is designed for authentic creators, educators, media networks, and enterprises to distribute high-quality, localized media. You agree NOT to:
- Upload unauthorized copyrighted content, pirated material, or content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights.
- Generate abusive automated spam, duplicate bulk uploads, scams, or misleading clickbait metadata that violates YouTube Community Guidelines.
- Distribute hateful, sexually explicit, harmful, or defamatory media.
- Attempt to bypass API quota allocations, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the operation of Velocity Studio or YouTube services.
4. Channel Authorization & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google credentials. Velocity Studio does not ask for or store your Google passwords. You authorize Velocity Studio to perform video upload and channel inspection actions on your behalf solely via Google OAuth 2.0. You may revoke this authorization at any time through our dashboard or via Google Security Settings.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Velocity Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for actions taken by YouTube against your account (such as copyright strikes, community guideline strikes, or channel suspensions) resulting from the content you choose to upload.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Velocity Studio immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms of Service or violate YouTube Developer Policies.
