1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or utilizing TradeQuote AI ("the Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service, this End User License Agreement ("EULA"), and Apple's Standard EULA (Apple Standard EULA).

2. Estimating & Contractor Responsibility

TradeQuote AI produces automated dimensional computations, material estimations, and draft proposals based on user inputs and device sensor readings. The contractor or licensed tradesperson remains solely responsible for verifying jobsite conditions, confirming architectural specifications, complying with local building codes, and establishing final contract pricing.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

TradeQuote AI provides premium tiers (Monthly Pro, Annual Pass) providing unlimited proposals, LiDAR scans, and contract generation:

• Payment is billed to your Apple ID Account at purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the close of the current billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All software architectures, UI components, algorithms, and branding of TradeQuote AI are owned exclusively by kreggscode and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, kreggscode is not liable for contractor bidding discrepancies, material cost fluctuations, or construction disputes arising from the use of the Application.
