1. Commitment to Contractor Privacy

At kreggscode, we respect the sensitivity of contractor client relationships, proprietary labor pricing, and bids. TradeQuote AI stores all estimates, LiDAR mesh scans, and customer contact records locally on your iOS device. We do not sell or monetize your jobsite records.

2. Data Collection & Processing

TradeQuote AI is built with strict privacy parameters:

• Camera & LiDAR Sensors: Spatial scans, perimeter measurements, and room dimensions are computed directly on your device via ARKit and RoomPlan. Spatial depth data never leaves your device.
• Audio & Voice Dictation: Audio dictation recorded during job walkthroughs is transcribed directly using iOS on-device speech recognition whenever available.
• Client Proposals & Signatures: Customer quotes, itemized budgets, and digital signatures are retained in your sandboxed iOS device storage and your private iCloud account.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

All subscription purchases (Monthly Pro and Annual Pass) are processed through Apple's native StoreKit 2 APIs. We do not receive, process, or store credit card numbers.

4. Data Retention & Control

You retain 100% control over all customer bids, price lists, and PDFs. You may export or permanently delete any job records at any time from within the application.
