By downloading, installing, or using ToxScan AI ("the Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service, this End User License Agreement ("EULA"), and Apple's Standard EULA (Apple Standard EULA).

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

ToxScan AI is an educational and informational tool designed to inform consumers about cosmetic and household chemical ingredients. The Application does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or clinical allergy assessments. Consult a licensed dermatologist, allergist, or healthcare professional for personal medical advice.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

ToxScan AI provides subscription tiers (Starter Monthly, Pro Monthly, Annual Pro) and consumable scan packs:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the close of the active billing period.
• Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime through Apple ID Settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All software logic, database indexing, user interface designs, and branding of ToxScan AI are the exclusive property of kreggscode and its licensors.
