At kreggscode, we consider your health and consumer purchasing patterns confidential. ToxScan AI processes camera scans and ingredient parsing directly on your iOS device. We do not sell or monetize your product logs or routine profiles to third-party brand marketers or advertisers.

2. Data Collection & Processing

ToxScan AI follows strict data minimization principles:

• Camera & OCR Feeds: Product photos and live video frames captured to recognize ingredient labels are processed entirely on-device using iOS Vision. Images are not stored on our servers.
• Chemical Database Queries: Chemical names are analyzed against an embedded local toxicology reference and verified against peer-reviewed registries without attaching personal identification tokens.
• Personal Routines: Any saved routines or allergen flags are stored locally within your secure sandbox or your private Apple iCloud container.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

All subscription transactions and consumable credit purchases are processed directly by Apple through StoreKit 2. kreggscode never accesses or retains your payment details or financial information.

4. Data Retention & Control

You may reset your scanning history or delete your entire profile at any time directly in the App Settings.
