1. License Grant

kreggscode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• In-App Purchases: Subscriptions (e.g. Monthly or Annual memberships) are billed through your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
• Subscription Management: You may manage, modify, or cancel your auto-renewing subscriptions at any time via your iOS Device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Apple Standard EULA: Additional subscription terms follow the official Apple Standard EULA.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Calculators, measurements, estimates, and diagnostic tools provided by ToneMatch AI are intended for professional and educational reference purposes. Always verify critical safety, legal, acoustic, or mechanical tolerances with physical testing, manufacturer documentation, or licensed professionals.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kreggscode shall not be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application.
