ToneMatch AI operates with minimal data collection principles:

• On-Device Calculations: Mathematical formulas, acoustic analysis, optical recognition, and camera inputs are processed locally on your device whenever possible.
• No User Account Required: You can utilize the core functionality of the App without creating a personal account or submitting your email address.
• Diagnostics & Crash Telemetry: Anonymized crash logs and performance telemetry may be collected via Apple's standard App Store analytics if you have opted in via iOS Settings.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

All financial transactions, subscriptions, and digital purchases are processed directly and securely by Apple through StoreKit. kreggscode never receives or stores your credit card number, billing address, or payment credentials.

4. Data Storage & Retention

User logs, session history, and custom presets are stored securely within your device's local sandbox storage or your personal Apple iCloud container. You retain full control over your data and may delete records directly within the App settings at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate invasive third-party ad networks or cross-app tracking identifiers (IDFA). We comply strictly with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

6. Children's Privacy

Our applications do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe any such data has been inadvertently submitted, please notify us immediately.
