These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SugarReset AI ("the Application"), developed and operated by kreggscode. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)

SugarReset AI is licensed under the standard Apple Standard EULA. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the terms of the Apple Standard EULA shall govern.

2. Subscriptions & Billing Terms

SugarReset AI offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium capabilities including unlimited AI Food & Macro Scanning, 14 Guided Reset Roadmaps, 24/7 Craving SOS Audio Guides, and Advanced Glycemic Insights:

• Weekly Premium: $4.99 / week (includes a 3-day free trial), billed weekly.
• Monthly Premium: $14.99 / month, billed monthly.
• Annual VIP: $39.99 / year (includes a 7-day free trial), billed annually.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3. Dietary & Health Disclaimer

The nutritional analyses, sugar ratings, glycemic load estimates, and habit coaching provided by SugarReset AI are intended for general lifestyle and dietary educational purposes only. SugarReset AI is not a medical device and does not offer medical diagnoses or personalized clinical treatments. Consult your physician or qualified health provider before making major changes to your diet, particularly if you have diabetes, hypoglycemia, metabolic syndrome, or an eating disorder.

4. Intellectual Property

All software code, visual designs, audio guidance sessions, scanner classification models, and branding assets are the proprietary intellectual property of kreggscode.
