These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of SpeechBloom AI ("the Application"), developed and distributed by kreggscode. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you ("User" or "Parent/Guardian") agree to these Terms.

1. License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA)

SpeechBloom AI is licensed, not sold, to you for use under the terms of the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the terms of the Apple Standard EULA shall govern.

2. Clinical & Medical Disclaimer

SpeechBloom AI is designed as a supportive educational and developmental home practice tool grounded in evidence-based speech-language pathology (SLP) frameworks. However, SpeechBloom AI is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, motor speech disorder, apraxia, or developmental speech delay. The Application is intended to complement, not substitute, professional evaluations and therapy conducted by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or pediatrician.

3. Parental Supervision & Guidance

SpeechBloom AI is created for use by children aged 18 months through 8 years under the direct supervision of a parent, guardian, or qualified educator. Parents are encouraged to actively participate in pronunciation exercises, phoneme games, and story practice with their child.

4. Subscriptions & Payment Terms

SpeechBloom AI provides free introductory phoneme cards and practice games, with optional auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock the complete clinical catalog:

• SpeechBloom Club (Monthly): $9.99 per month, billed monthly.
• SpeechBloom Family Pass (Annual): $59.99 per year (includes a 7-day free trial), billed annually.
• Lifetime Hero Access: $149.99 one-time purchase with permanent access to all phonemes, sound safaris, and future content releases.

Payment is billed directly to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

5. Intellectual Property

All software code, articulation algorithms, phoneme databases, illustrations, animations, character designs (including Pip the Parrot and Bloom companions), and audio synthesizers are the exclusive intellectual property of kreggscode and protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Application at our sole discretion. You may terminate your agreement with us at any time simply by deleting the Application and cancelling active subscriptions through your Apple ID.
