By downloading, installing, or using PilotOps ("the App"), provided by kreggscode ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("EULA"), as well as Apple's Standard EULA available at Apple Standard EULA.

2. Aviation Operational Disclaimer & Pilot in Command Responsibility

IMPORTANT AVIATION NOTICE: PilotOps is designed as an informational and auxiliary pre-flight computational aid only. The Pilot in Command (PIC) bears sole and ultimate responsibility for the safe operation of the aircraft under FAR 91.3 or applicable civil aviation regulations. Calculations must always be verified against official Aircraft Flight Manuals (AFM), Pilot’s Operating Handbooks (POH), and official FAA/ICAO meteorological briefings prior to flight.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

PilotOps offers auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g. Monthly Flight Pass and Annual Aviator) and digital features through Apple In-App Purchases:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the close of the current billing cycle.
• Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled anytime through your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, algorithmic equations, visual layouts, and graphics within PilotOps remain the exclusive property of kreggscode and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kreggscode shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from flight planning decisions, meteorological interpretations, or use of the application.
