These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClauseGuard AI ("the Application"), developed and operated by kreggscode. By downloading, installing, or accessing the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Standard Apple Licensed Application EULA

ClauseGuard AI is licensed to you pursuant to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

ClauseGuard AI offers institutional subscription plans and consumable credit packs to unlock advanced contract due diligence capabilities, 9-vector risk scoring, custom playbook thresholds, and automated counter-redlines:

• ClauseGuard Pro Monthly: $99.99 per month, which includes an allocation of 100 full document audits per month, auto-renewing monthly.
• ClauseGuard Pro Annual: $999.99 per year, which includes an allocation of 1,000 full document audits per year, auto-renewing annually.
• Consumable Audit Credit Packs: Available as standalone credit packs: 50 Document Audits ($39.99), 150 Document Audits ($89.99), and 500 Document Audits ($249.99). Purchased credits do not expire as long as your application data is retained.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period. You may manage, change, or cancel subscriptions at any time through your iOS device: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3. No Legal Advice & Warranty Disclaimer

The contract audits, risk scores, redlines, clause assessments, and counter-proposals produced by ClauseGuard AI are generated via machine learning algorithms for informational, due diligence, and negotiation preparation purposes only. The Application does not render certified legal opinions or legal advice. Users assume full responsibility for verifying all contract language and redlines with licensed legal counsel prior to executing binding agreements. The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

4. Intellectual Property

All software source code, interface designs, risk analysis models, algorithms, and branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of kreggscode. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
