1. Zero Personal Data Collection

Breath AI does not require you to create an account, log in with an email, or provide personal identity information. Your breathing sessions, test scores, custom intervals, and preferences remain solely on your physical device.

2. Apple HealthKit Integration

If you grant permission, Breath AI integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit) solely to write your completed breathing time as Mindful Minutes. We never transmit, sell, or share your HealthKit data with third parties or cloud servers. You can revoke this permission anytime via iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Breath AI.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

All subscription processing and payments are handled exclusively by Apple through StoreKit 2 and your Apple ID account. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or payment credentials.

4. Analytics & Telemetry

Breath AI contains no third-party advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or user-profiling frameworks. Any crash logs collected are anonymized and managed strictly via Apple's opt-in diagnostic reporting.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Breath AI provides guided breathing techniques based on physiological science (such as resonance frequency breathing and vagal nerve tone). However, Breath AI is a wellness app and is not a medical device. Consult your physician before practicing high-intensity breathing techniques if you have cardiovascular conditions or are pregnant.
