By downloading, installing, or accessing SmartCaddie AI ("the Application"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, this End User License Agreement ("EULA"), and Apple's Standard EULA (Apple Standard EULA).

2. Rules of Golf & Competition Compliance

SmartCaddie AI provides slope, atmospheric adjustments, and optical break estimation. Under USGA and R&A Rule 4.3a, players competing in sanctioned handicap rounds or official tournaments must enable "Tournament Mode" (which disables slope and elevation plays-like adjustments) where local rules mandate. The user is responsible for adhering to applicable tournament committee guidelines.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

SmartCaddie AI offers subscription tiers (Monthly Pro, Annual Tour Pass with 7-Day Free Trial) providing unlimited course simulations and green reading:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID Account upon purchase confirmation or end of free trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active period.
• Subscriptions may be cancelled or modified anytime via Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

While satellite maps, GPS yardages, and green slope estimations are engineered to high precision, external factors such as cloud cover, hardware sensor calibration, and course modifications can affect readings. The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of continuous uninterrupted service.
